A creamy, dreamy matcha-infused chia pudding layered with coconut yogurt and fresh fruit.
Ingredients:
For the Matcha Chia Pudding:

2 tbsp chia seeds

1 cup almond milk (or any plant-based milk)

1 tsp matcha powder (ceremonial grade for best flavor)

1 tbsp maple syrup or honey

½ tsp vanilla extract
For the Layers:

½ cup coconut yogurt (or any plant-based yogurt)

¼ cup fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, or raspberries)

Instructions:

Prepare the Chia Pudding
